Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached
  • Items must be in the same condition as when you received them
  • You must provide the original order number and proof of purchase

⚠️ Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, the following products from our collection cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Masks (both costume and protective varieties)

We make exceptions only if these items arrive damaged or defective.

The Return & Exchange Ritual

Step 2: Await Our Response

Our customer service spirits will respond within 2-3 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for shipping your items back to our haunt.

Step 3: Send Items to Our Realm

Step 4: Processing in the Shadows

Once we receive your returned items, our coven will inspect them within 5-7 business days. If approved, we will initiate your refund or ship your exchange items.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost of sending your new items back to you.

International Returns
