Once you’ve summoned your gothic treasures from our collection, our coven requires 1-2 business days to prepare your order for its journey to your realm.
Shipping Methods & Timelines
We offer two paths for your items to travel from our haunt to yours:
- Standard Shipping – Via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 days after shipping
- Shipping fee: $12.95
- Free Shipping – Via EMS (for orders over $50)
- Delivery within 15-25 days after shipping
- No shipping cost for qualifying orders
Please note: We do not ship to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Our spectral delivery services cannot reach these shadowed corners of the world.
Return & Exchange Rituals
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for our return or exchange ritual, your items must meet these conditions:
- Request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached
- Items must be in the same condition as when they left our realm
- You must provide the original order number and proof of purchase
⚠️ Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
Due to ancient hygiene and safety enchantments, the following products from our collection cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Masks (both costume and protective varieties)
We make exceptions only if these shadowed items arrive damaged or defective from our realm.
The Return & Exchange Ritual – Step by Step

Step 2: Await Our Response
Our customer service spirits will respond within 2-3 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for shipping your items back to our haunt.

Step 4: Processing in the Shadows
Once we receive your returned items, our coven will inspect them within 5-7 business days. If approved, we will initiate your refund or ship your exchange items.

Once your return is processed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Please note that your bank or payment processor may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost of sending your new items back to you.
Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns
For our style rebels outside the United States, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued in US Dollars, and any currency conversion fees are borne by the customer.
